Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, purchases, and account profiles can be managed, deactivated, or cancelled on the Aggarjan Sewak platform.


1. Subscription Cancellations

Our premium plans are non-recurring, one-time payments. They do not auto-renew automatically.

  • Since there are no recurring monthly debits, there is no requirement to "cancel" a plan to stop future billing.
  • Your selected plan will naturally expire at the end of its validity period (e.g., 90 days, 180 days, or 365 days).
  • Once expired, your account will automatically revert to the free tier unless you choose to manually purchase another package.

2. Account & Profile Deactivation

If you have successfully found a match, or if you wish to remove your profile from the directory before your current subscription plan expires, you may deactivate or delete your account at any time.

Process:

Navigate to Profile Screen > Delete Account within the mobile app, or contact support directly by emailing us at aggarjansewak@gmail.com.

Effect of Deactivation/Deletion: Deleting your account will immediately and permanently remove your profile from public search results and community views. Any remaining profile unlocks or active subscription days left on your plan will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to another account.
