General Billing & Pricing Policy Terms

  • No Auto-Renewal: All payments for matrimonial subscriptions, directory listings, or banner campaigns are one-time transactions and do not auto-renew. Your active period expires naturally.
  • Modifications: The platform reserves the right to revise, adjust, or terminate pricing tiers, profile unlock packages, and advertisement packages at any time without prior notice. Any active campaigns or subscriptions purchased before the rate changes will be honored until their expiration.
  • Digital Content Nature: All matrimonial profile unlocks and package benefits are instantly fulfilled digitally. Once paid, transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded as detailed in our Refund Policy.
