Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

• Community Portal: Aggarjan Sewak is a community network.
• Age Requirement: You must be of legal marriageable age in India (18 years or above for females, 21 years or above for males) to register a profile in the Matrimonial section. All other sections require you to be at least 18 years of age.
• Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details during sign-up, matrimonial profile creation, or business registration.

2. Matrimonial Directory & Paid Access

• Paid Feature & Purpose: The Matrimonial service allows users to browse profiles. However, viewing contact details, expressing direct interest, or viewing full premium matrimonial posts requires a paid subscription plan or a pay-per-unlock fee ("Fees").
• No Match Guarantee: Payments made to the platform are solely for accessing contact details and database records. We do not guarantee, promise, or assure a successful match, marriage alliance, or responses from other users.
• User Verification Duty: While we reserve the right to review submissions via our admin dashboard, Aggarjan Sewak does not verify the character, background, financial status, or medical history of any matrimonial candidate. It is the sole responsibility of the user/family to perform independent verification before entering into any matrimonial alliance. We shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation or fraud committed by a user.

3. Job Portal & Directory Listings

• All jobs and business listings are posted by independent users.
• We act strictly as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not endorse any employer, company, or directory contact.
• Users are prohibited from charging candidates fees for interviews or job placements.

4. Fees, Payments & Taxes

• All payments must be made online via our integrated payment gateway partners using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets.
• Pricing is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Fees are subject to applicable taxes (including GST), which will be displayed during check-out.

5. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

Users agree not to:

• Post abusive, obscene, defaming, or unlawful content.
• Share contact details obtained through paid features with third parties or use them for commercial spamming/marketing.
• Create fake profiles or upload fabricated credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts violating these terms, with no liability to refund any active subscription or fees paid.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• To the maximum extent permitted by Indian laws, Aggarjan Sewak and its trustees, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your profile details, listings, or interactions with other members.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Delhi, India.
