Thank you for choosing Aggarjan Sewak. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing subscriptions or unlocking profiles, as it details your rights regarding payments.


1. Digital Service Nature (No Refunds)

The services provided on our platform involve digital access, specifically the retrieval of contact details and profile databases (which constitute instant digital content delivery).

Important: Once a payment is successfully completed to unlock a matrimonial profile or purchase a subscription, the transaction is final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided, even if the candidate does not respond to your calls or if the marriage alliance does not materialize.

2. Failed/Duplicate Transactions

Failed Payments

If your bank account is debited but the transaction fails on our platform, the payment gateway aggregator will initiate an automatic refund. The amount is usually credited back to your original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.

Duplicate Charges

In case of a duplicate charge due to a technical glitch, please contact us immediately at aggarjansewak@gmail.com with payment/transaction receipts. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be processed for a refund back to your source account within 5 to 7 working days.
