  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, phone number (verified via OTP), email address, gender, date of birth, membership number, and profile pictures.
  • Matrimonial Data (User-Voluntary): Education, occupation, income, caste, gothra, family details, lifestyle preferences, astro details (birthplace, time, horoscope requirements), and multiple personal photographs.
  • Directory & Job Data: Business name, contact person, mobile number, website, address, job descriptions, and organization details.
  • Financial Transaction Data: When you pay for services, transaction reference numbers and payment statuses are recorded. We do not collect or store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. All card details are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway aggregator partner.
  • Technical Data: FCM token (for push notifications), device model, OS version, and IP addresses.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (DPDP Act, 2023 Compliance)

  • Consent: We process your personal data based on the explicit consent you provide when creating a profile or registering a listing.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do so by deleting your profile directly from the app settings, or by emailing us at aggarjansewak@gmail.com. Upon withdrawal, we will cease processing and delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Community Members: Matrimonial and directory profiles are visible to registered and verified members of the app. In the matrimony section, contact details are hidden behind paid access controls to prevent misuse.
  • Payment Gateways: Minimal transaction identifiers are shared with our payment gateway partner to authorize and process your transactions securely.
  • Intermediary Shield: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party marketing companies.

4. Data Security

  • All data transmission is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/HTTPS) technology.
  • Access to user databases is restricted to authorized administrative personnel via a secure admin console.
