• User-Generated Content: Information, descriptions, and images you voluntarily upload for Job Postings, Matrimony Profiles, or Directory/Business Listings.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device information (model and OS version) for technical support and performance monitoring.

3. Application Permissions

To provide its core features, the App requires access to the following on your device:

• Camera: To allow you to take and upload photos for your profile, job listings, or directory entries.
• Photo Library / Storage: To allow you to select and upload existing images from your device.
• Internet: To sync your data with our secure servers.

Note: We only access these permissions when you explicitly perform an action (like "Upload Image") and we do not collect data in the background.

• Authentication: To facilitate secure login via OTP (One-Time Password) using your phone number.
• Community Display: To display your listings (Jobs, Matrimony, Directory) to other registered users within the Aggarjan community.
• Communication: To send important updates regarding your account or submitted requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is shared only in the following ways:

• Public/Community Listings: Information you provide in the Matrimony, Jobs, or Directory sections will be visible to other registered users of the platform according to your privacy settings.
• Service Providers: We may use third-party tools (like SMS gateways for OTP) to help provide our services.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law to comply with legal processes or government requests.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active or needed to provide you with services.

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly through the "Delete Account" button in your Profile settings within the App.
• Manual Requests: Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting us at aggarjansewak@gmail.com.

We implement HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data transferred between the App and our servers. We utilize secure routing and active token authentication to protect user data. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
